Better sleep
Magic wand! I felt unwell with a sore throat before my trip to St. Petersburg. After taking 2 capsules at night, I woke up with hardly any sore throat and felt considerably more cheerful. I continued taking them and noticed I was sleeping better and feeling calmer.
